TopSpot is a local business visibility platform operated in Nigeria. We connect businesses with their local communities through competitive spotlight listings, job postings, partnership opportunities and training courses. Our platform is accessible at topspot.com.ng.
We collect information you provide directly to us including your name, email address, business details, phone number, location and any content you upload such as logos and cover photos. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform including your city preference, usage patterns and device information.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain and improve our platform, process payments through Paystack, send you notifications about your account and business activity, display your business profile and listings to other users, and communicate with you about updates and promotions.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information with Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for platform hosting. Your business profile including name, description, logo and cover photo is visible to all users of the platform. Your email address and phone number are not shared publicly.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and row-level database security. However no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your profile information through the app or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We store records of your credit purchases and transactions but do not store your card details. Credits purchased on TopSpot never expire and are non-refundable once used.
