By accessing or using TopSpot you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our platform.
TopSpot is a competitive local business visibility platform. Businesses pay credits to claim top spot positions in their city and category. These positions are competitive and can be claimed by other businesses at any time. TopSpot does not guarantee any minimum visibility duration.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account. One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial credit system.
Credits are purchased through Paystack and are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits never expire and can be used across all cities and categories on the platform. Free trial credits are limited to 3 per verified business account. TopSpot reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time with notice to existing users.
The top spot in any category and city is competitive and can be claimed by any business with available credits at any time. When your position is claimed by another business you will be notified. There are no refunds for credits used to claim positions that are subsequently taken by competitors as this is the core mechanic of the platform.
You are responsible for all content you upload including business logos, cover photos, job listings, partnership opportunities and training courses. You must not upload content that is false, misleading, illegal, offensive or infringes on any third party rights. TopSpot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
Businesses posting job listings and partnership opportunities represent that such listings are genuine and accurate. TopSpot is not responsible for the outcome of any employment or business arrangements made through the platform. All transactions and agreements are solely between the parties involved.
TopSpot provides the platform on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses the platform in any way. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for violation of terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
